This was one of two entries to the Orton Cone Box Show 2008. This was the piece that got in.
The premise of the Orton Cone Box Show is that you have to make your art fit into a 3"x3"x6" box. The teapot on this piece is 4 inches tall. The plate is 3 inches x 2 inches, and the cup is the size of a thimble. Cone 6 Reduction, no glaze. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
